Refund/Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer one return or exchange on all non-Final Sale pairs in their new, unworn condition within 30 days from your fulfillment/ship date. We can only accept returns on items purchased directly through our website , and shipped within the United States.

You can always contact us for any return question(such as exchange for a different style/color/size) at drkongstore@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: we can only process a one-time exchange and we cannot process a return or exchange for an item that has been exchanged.
